We acknowledge that we work on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri, Woi Wurrung and Bunurong peoples of the Kulin Nations.

We respectfully acknowledge the custodianship of the Wurundjeri, Woi Wurrung and Bunurong Elders, recognising that they and their Ancestors stewarded these lands and their diverse creatures sustainably for tens of thousands of years.

We respectfully acknowledge that sovereignty over these lands was never ceded, and that the processes of historical truth-telling and a duly negotiated treaty are essential for justice for First Nations peoples.

The path to a better food system for all must begin with the principles of care, respect, justice, healing, and regeneration.
